Payment and Refunds
All purchases on Sweet Sinem’s Happy and Glow Fit Club are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are only issued in the case of technical issues preventing access to paid services. All other refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Digital Products and Memberships

Access to programs, content, and digital downloads is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Because these products are non-tangible and irrevocable, we do not offer refunds once access is delivered.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., your video won’t load or your login fails), please notify us promptly at happyglowfitclub@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue or offer an alternative.
Subscription Plans (Monthly or Other Recurring Services)

Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges, but access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods.
Exceptions and Special Cases

If you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction for resolution.

Refunds outside of technical issues may be issued in rare circumstances, at our sole discretion.
How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Subscription
To request a refund (in eligible cases) or cancel your subscription:
